I seem to get yeast and bacteria infections after I run a long distance (say 7-8 miles) how can I prevent that so that I can continue to run that far?

I would spray colloidal silver between your legs and crotch immediately before and after running. Additionally, if you have some old underwear, jogging shorts, or sweatpants that you don’t mind ‘discoloring’, you can spray them in the crotch area with colloidal silver and then dry them in your clothes dryer. The silver impregnation should help in reducing bacterial growth.
