Mandatory Vaccinations Violate The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, The Bill Of Rights, The Bible & The Religious Beliefs Of Millions Of Americans!
“SAY NO TO VACCINES!”
Since the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a flu pandemic and is openly calling for all 194 member nations to mandate a fast tracked, untested, toxic laden vaccine on their citizens, we as citizens of the United States of America would like to put all authorities on notice. You swore an oath to preserve, defend and protect the Constitution of the United States of America, not the Directives of the World Health Organization, any foreign power, or any domestic laws that are in violation of the U.S. Constitution – whether State or Federal. Any attempt to enforce a mass vaccination program or forced quarantines upon the people of the United States of America will be deemed a violation of your oath of office.
The Declaration of Independence States:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
All vaccines and pharmaceutical drugs come with a long list of adverse reactions. These adverse reactions could cause permanent injury or even death; endangering a person’s Rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Mass mandating a drug or vaccine on an unwilling subject is deemed a gross violation of what America’s Founders declared to be “unalienable Rights”.
Furthermore, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has been granted legal authority during a public health emergency to justify emergency use of an unapproved product or the unapproved use of an approved product such as a drug, biological product (vaccine), or medical device. Any use of an unapproved product or unapproved use of an approved product that is forced upon the citizens of the United States against their will shall be construed as a form of torture and violation of all basic human rights.
In 2004 President Bush signed into law Project BioShield which protects all pharmaceutical companies from lawsuits in the event of injury or death from the use of drugs, vaccines or medical devices under a Declaration of Emergency. This validates that they know many people will be injured or killed from their drugs and vaccines, but they deem the public health emergency a bigger threat than the adverse reactions that will be caused.
Thomas Jefferson, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, made the following statement that all leaders in government should not take lightly:
“If People let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny”.
Article I of The BILL OF RIGHTS States That:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof:”
Millions of concerned citizens around the world question vaccines not only for their safety, but for religious reasons too. The Bible contains numerous passages about respecting the human body and avoiding unclean substances. One of them comes from the book of Corinthians:
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.” (I Corinthians 3:16-17)
By mandating a swine flu vaccination program you are violating the deeply held religious convictions of a great number of citizens of the United States of America. Mandatory vaccinations violate the First Amendment by disregarding people’s deeply held religious convictions to avoid vaccination and the right to freely exercise those rights. Our rights come from God and are not under the jurisdiction and authority of any health agency – foreign or domestic. The promotion of vaccines as the only method to combat infectious diseases has been turned into a World religion. By enforcing this religion Congress is respecting the establishment of religion in direct violation of the Constitution and what the Founder’s intended with this Article.
John Adams, Second President of the United States stated:
“You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments; rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe.”
Article IV Of The BILL OF RIGHTS States That:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
The federal government through Executive Order decree and through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to declare a National Health Emergency that will strip Americans of many of their rights afforded to them under the Constitution.
Furthermore, numerous State governments are attempting to pass legislation to forcibly remove American citizens from their homes, schools and businesses to combat the swine flu without Warrants, probable cause or due process of law. This plan includes implementing forced vaccinations, forced quarantines, separation of families, and invasion of private property. FEMA, the U.S. military, police agencies and various other health authorities intend to violate Article IV during the declared Public Health Emergency to enforce a mass vaccination Directive issued by the World Health Organization. Anyone following orders to impose a mass vaccination program without due process of law specified in Article IV is in violation of their oath of office and the Constitution.
Abraham Lincoln stated:
“The people are the masters of both Congress and courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it!”
Article XIV of The BILL OF RIGHTS States That:
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
No State has the legal right under the Constitution to implement the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act or World Health Organization Directives to enforce a mandatory vaccination policy which could deprive a person of their life, liberty or property. Executive Orders decrees issued by the President are not above the Constitution. Every President has sworn an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.
The WHO checklist for influenza pandemic preparedness planning Section 1.5.1 Legal and ethical issues states that:
“During a pandemic, it may be necessary to overrule existing legislation or (individual) human rights. Examples are the enforcement of quarantine (overruling individual freedom of movement), use of privately owned buildings for hospitals, off-license use of drugs, compulsory vaccination or implementation of emergency shifts in essential services. These decisions need a legal framework to ensure transparent assessment and justification of the measures that are being considered, and to ensure coherence with international legislation (International Health Regulations).”

Declaration Of Resistance To Mandatory Vaccinations
Since the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and CDC are now following Directives from a foreign power (WHO) which has issued a pandemic health emergency and is mandating the swine flu vaccine for every man, woman, and child on planet earth, you are hereby put on notice that you are in violation of the U.S. Constitution and the strongly held religious beliefs of the citizens of the United States of America who get their unalienable rights from God — not government.
Our bodies are sovereign territory and subject to our exclusive self-determination. Any attempted violation of this trust must be construed as a breach of said basic right. We are thus holding our elected officials and government agencies accountable in this defense with an issuance of notice. We do not recognize the authority of the World Health Organization (WHO) or any city, county; State or Federal agency which attempts to mandate the swine flu vaccine or antiviral drugs upon the citizens of the United States of America against their will or to forcibly quarantine those deemed a public health threat. Violation of these basic rights will be met with fierce resistance should you so choose to ignore this notice.
