The reality of vaccines is that they are a far greater risk to human health than benefit and always have been. In fact, two centuries of official death statistics show conclusively and scientifically that modern medicine is not responsible for and played little part in substantially improving life expectancy and survival from diseases in developed nations.

In North America, Europe, and the South Pacific, major declines in life-threatening infectious diseases occurred historically either without, or far in advance vaccination efforts for specific diseases.

Whenever I personally inform medical doctors of these realities, many of them are quite shocked with the data. That's not surprising considering the fact that medical students are still brainwashed that vaccines immunize which is a myth in itself, since natural or "real" immunity can never be artificially induced by a vaccine.

Other misinformed educators also still rely on the myth of herd immunity which is nothing short of medical fraud. It is a shame and embarrassment that brilliant students are deceptively led down the path of ignorance every single year at prestigious medical institutions in the hopes of obtaining an education. These students then become the physicians of a good percentage of the population.

One of the problems we have in a society filled with misinformation about health, is that people sit on the fence. They want to conform to the societal norms ingrained in our minds about conventional medicine, but they also want to stand up for their beliefs and conscience. These fence sitters are made up of those who understand that current vaccination practices are unsafe, yet somehow also believe you can make vaccines safer or more effective. That is where we have to shift the opinions of those who are on the fence and have them fall off on the side of natural health rather than conventional medicine. I have previously written that if your doctor cannot answer these 4 questions, don't vaccinate. Well, if your doctor does make an attempt to answer these questions and a verbal response and statement is not satisfactory for your own peace of mind, then your doctor should be at least willing to provide you with his or her personal declaration of the safety and efficacy of the vaccines he or she (or attending physician or nurse) is about to inject in your or your child's body. Effectively, this becomes your doctor's warranty that the risk factors he or she has identified justify the recommended vaccinations with the benefits exceeding the risks.

Cell Phones: 50% Increase In Brain Tumors In Children

(NaturalNews) The Office of National Statistics in the United Kingdom discovered a 50 percent increase in frontal and temporal lobe tumors in children during the ten year span covering 1999 to 2009. Was this a result of cell phone radiation?

The Department of Health in the UK would appear to think so. One in three children under the age of ten currently has a cellphone in their possession. The governmental agency put out the following statement: "Children should only use mobile phones for essential purposes and keep all calls short."

The facts: while adults definitely absorb some radiation from using cellphones, children are at considerably greater risk. When compared to adults, children's brains can take in up to three times the amount of radiation.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) released their findings last year after going over huge amounts of data taken from dozens of studies: cellphones may cause cancer in humans. These findings were compiled from research that discovered using a cellphone for a decade increases the risk of developing acoustic neuromas in adults. It can be inferred from these findings the distinct possibility that similar, if not more devastating results, can occur in children due to:

• Brain tissue which is more conductive.
• A thinner skull.
• The ability for radiation to penetrate more effectively due to their smaller brains and softer brain tissue.
• A longer period of exposure due to use beginning at an earlier age.

Could this be why almost 400 children a year in Britain are diagnosed with brain and spinal tumors? This equates to 1 in four of all registered childhood cancers.

Cellphones and Big Business
MobileWise, a non-profit organization from the UK whose mission is to inform the public about the potential risks to children from engaging in cell phone use, released a report in 2011 in which researchers expressed concerns. Why have cell phones been deemed safe when more than 200 peer-reviewed studies convey an association between cellphone usage and serious health complications, including brain damage?

Dr. Russell Blaylock, neurosurgeon and editor of The Blaylock Wellness Report, may have the answer. Blaylock shares, "There is considerable evidence that cellphones damage the brain as well as other tissues and organs. In fact, two of the scientists cellphone companies backed to do these studies were fired when their studies demonstrated DNA damage in all cells exposed to the wavelengths and energy from cellphones."

Half the studies on cellphone use and cancer report a link and half do not, leaving researchers conflicted. It's important to note; approximately three quarters of the studies conducted on whether cell phones are linked to the development of cancer are backed and funded by the cellphone industry.

MobileWise suggests helping children and parents minimize cell phone use by forcing the industry to step up. The organization's recommendations call for the industry to put out more user-friendly warning labels, implement the use of functions that place time restrictions on calls, and halt the aggressive marketing tactics aimed at children.

How many more young lives will be destroyed before governments have the courage to do their job and protect public health? The telecommunications industry should not be able to manipulate the facts and practical everyday guidelines to help prevent and/or minimize possibly deadly exposures for children need to be made conspicuously available to the public.

Health Benefits of Breastfeeding Are Real – Here’s Scientific Proof

(NaturalNews) The cover of Time Magazine last week had a picture of a woman nursing her three-year-old child to raise awareness of breastfeeding and get people talking about it. It worked, perhaps better than they anticipated. The tactic was employed and completely justified because breastfeeding rates in America are very low, due to our weird American hang-ups that can't reconcile the dual purposes of breasts. As Dr. Sears said, the real purpose of the human breast is for nurturing a child, not selling cars and beer.

The World Health Organization, UNICEF, and the Canadian Pediatric Society, among others, recommend breastfeeding for at least two years, and beyond, as long as both the mother and child desire. What should be more individualized than a childhood, and a mother/child relationship? There is no evidence that continued breastfeeding is harmful nor that it is advantageous to wean a child before he is ready.

It's the norm – in other cultures and in other species
The history of breastfeeding and humanity speaks for itself. There shouldn't need to be a discussion. If your great-grandmothers didn't breastfeed, you wouldn't be here. It's what's normal. Name one other mammal that doesn't do it. You can't.

Some "experts" in the news responded to the Time article, taking aim at "attachment parenting" (which was just parenting in the old days) and other past norms it calls "extreme" including breastfeeding beyond infancy, calling it "a prescription for psychological disaster" that may cause "destructive psychosexual problems."

Yet in many countries children are commonly breastfed for several years. In places like Mongolia, children need the nourishment longer due to limitations of a nomadic lifestyle, and may nurse to as old as 6 years. In America, we are raising the first generation that is expected to have a shorter lifespan than their parents. With the imploding health of our nation, it's time to get people thinking about what can be done to fix it, and breastfeeding is one thing that can make a big difference. In places like Belgium, The Netherlands and Finland, where more than half of all children are breastfed for multiple years, the life expectancy is still increasing.

Scientists that studied 135 species of primates (including humans) recorded and analyzed variables including litter size, age at weaning to adult female body weight, and length of estrus. Their comprehensive data found strong correlation between female body weight and offspring weaning age. The calculation they came up with predicts, with a 91% success rate, that knowing the female's body weight predicts the offspring's weaning age. Apply that calculation to humans, and it determines that humans should have an average weaning age of between 2.8 and 3.7 years old.

Benefits for mother and child
Research shows that the content of breast milk changes as the child ages, naturally addressing the increased need for more fat and energy. It adapts to the toddlers developing system, providing the right nutrition at the right time. Unlike cow milk, which can cause digestive challenges and even allergies, human milk is custom made for that child's needs, that day. If she gets sick, she's getting antibodies from the milk before mom knows she's ill. The immunological benefits increase during the second and third years of nursing. Thousands of antiviral, antibacterial and antiparasitic antibodies protect against things like E. coli, pneumonia, step throat, salmonella, influenza, rotavirus, rubella, West Nile virus, allergies, asthma, mumps, measles, diabetes, meningitis and many cancers. Nursing children get sick less often, and heal quicker.

Breastfeeding is a source of comfort, support and security. Strongly attached children are more empathetic and compassionate, easier to discipline, relate better to people and have a higher IQ. These are not children that are bullies. The physical workings of breastfeeding actually promotes oral development and enhances language skills.

Benefits to mother include emotional well-being due to the milk-making hormones, as well as less stress and less incidence of postpartum depression. The length of time a woman breastfeeds is linked to lowered risks of many cancers, diabetes and arthritis. Other benefits include natural birth control, easier parenting and a built in ability to soothe your child. It's faster and inexpensive also.

Parents that employ the tenants of attachment parenting, including extended breastfeeding, generally find it validating as it empowers them to trust their instincts, often over what well-meaning doctors and family members steeped in the western culture of a fear-based, medicated approach to health advise. There is nothing extreme or indulgent in giving your child a greater chance of growing up happier, healthier and smarter.

Vitamin D In Pregnancy May Help Prevent Childhood Obesity

(NaturalNews) A recent study of vitamin D levels in pregnant women has revealed a remarkable finding. Children born to women with a lower vitamin D level during pregnancy have increased body fat later in childhood compared to those children whose mothers have a higher vitamin D level.

A maternal vitamin D level less than 50 nmol/L was associated with increased fat mass in children at 4 and 6 years of age. Children in the study had an 8 percent reduction in fat mass if their mothers had a vitamin D level of 50-75 nmol/L. The mother's own levels of fat (body mass index) did not have any effect on the study results. The authors suggest that vitamin D insufficiency during pregnancy may program the child to gain excess fat later in life. Other studies have also confirmed an association between vitamin D intake and fat mass in adults.

This study adds to the growing body of evidence that has found higher levels of health in children born to mothers with adequate vitamin D stores during pregnancy. A higher vitamin D level during pregnancy is associated with less respiratory problems in babies, and a higher cord blood vitamin D level also correlates with less allergies and respiratory infections.

Pregnant women should have their vitamin D levels checked repeatedly during pregnancy and take a vitamin D supplement to maintain blood levels between 75 and 100 nmol/L.

Vitamin C Found To Lower Blood Pressure In New Clinical Trial

Background: In observational studies, increased vitamin C intake, vitamin C supplementation, and higher blood concentrations of vitamin C are associated with lower blood pressure (BP). However, evidence for blood pressure–lowering effects of vitamin C in clinical trials is inconsistent.

Objective: The objective was to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of clinical trials that examined the effects of vitamin C supplementation on BP.

Design: We searched Medline, EMBASE, and Central databases from 1966 to 2011. Prespecified inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) use of a randomized controlled trial design; 2) trial reported effects on systolic BP (SBP) or diastolic BP (DBP) or both; 3) trial used oral vitamin C and concurrent control groups; and 4) trial had a minimum duration of 2 wk. BP effects were pooled by random-effects models, with trials weighted by inverse variance.

Results: Twenty-nine trials met eligibility criteria for the primary analysis. The median dose was 500 mg/d, the median duration was 8 wk, and trial sizes ranged from 10 to 120 participants. The pooled changes in SBP and DBP were −3.84 mm Hg (95% CI: −5.29, −2.38 mm Hg; P < 0.01) and −1.48 mm Hg (95% CI: −2.86, −0.10 mm Hg; P = 0.04), respectively. In trials in hypertensive participants, corresponding reductions in SBP and DBP were −4.85 mm Hg (P < 0.01) and −1.67 mm Hg (P = 0.17). After the inclusion of 9 trials with imputed BP effects, BP effects were attenuated but remained significant.

Conclusions: In short-term trials, vitamin C supplementation reduced SBP and DBP. Long-term trials on the effects of vitamin C supplementation on BP and clinical events are needed.

How to Treat a Vaginal Infection with a Clove of Garlic

Garlic kills yeast. Those who bake bread know not to add garlic while the dough is rising or it will kill the yeast. Instead, garlic is added to the dough after it has risen, just before baking it in the oven.

 

A fresh garlic clove can easily cure a yeast infection. The trick is to catch the infection early. A woman who suffers from frequent yeast infections knows the feeling well. The first day, she feels just a tickle of itchiness that comes and goes. The next day, or sometimes two or three days later, the vaginal discharge starts to look white and lumpy like tiny bits of cottage cheese. By this time, she has a full-blown yeast infection and the lips of the vagina are often red and sore.

If a woman can pay attention to the first tickling of the yeast infection, she can use the following treatment. Take a clove of fresh garlic and peel off the natural white paper shell that covers it, leaving the clove intact. At bedtime, put the clove into the vagina. In the morning, remove the garlic clove and throw it in the toilet. The garlic often causes the vagina to have a watery discharge. One night's treatment may be enough to kill the infection, or it might have to be repeated the next night.

Continue one or two days until all itchiness is gone. The reason that the treatment is done at bedtime is that there is a connection between the mouth and the vagina. The moment the garlic is placed in the vagina, the taste of the garlic travels up to the mouth. Most people will find this strong flavor annoying during the day, so the treatment is recommended for nighttime.

If the infection has advanced to the point that a woman has large quantities of white discharge and red sore labia, it can still be treated by garlic but with a higher dose. Use a dry tissue to remove some of the discharge, then take a clove of garlic and cut it in half. Put it in the vagina at bedtime and repeat this for a few nights. If there is no improvement, she might consider a conventional over-the-counter treatment because it is a shame to suffer for many days. Remember that a woman should never douche during a vaginal infection. Yeast loves water and any water will make it grow faster.

Any cut in the clove makes the activity of the garlic stronger. Thus, the more of the inside of the clove that is exposed, the higher the dose. Each woman should learn the dose that works best for her, from the lowest dose, an uncut clove, to a clove with one or more small fingernail slits, to a clove cut in half.

If a high dose of garlic, a cut-open garlic clove, is inserted in a healthy vagina, it will often "burn" the healthy skin. When the woman is suffering from an advanced yeast infection, the skin is already red and "burned" and the garlic cures the infection by killing the yeast. Then the skin repairs itself. By the way, veterinarians have been using garlic to heal infections in livestock for many years. If drug companies could patent garlic and make money off of it, they would be advertising it everywhere!

Garlic has been shown in vitro (in laboratory petri dishes) to kill bacteria also. In some important research done in China (1), garlic was shown to inhibit the growth of all of the following microorganisms: Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium phlei, Streptococcus faecalis, Bacillus cereus and Micrococcus luteus.

Researchers found that garlic lost its antibacterial activities within 20 minutes of being boiled at 100° C. At the Maxwell Finland Laboratory for Infectious Diseases in the Boston Medical Center, researchers examined the use of garlic for ear infections (2). They found that fresh garlic was bacteriocidal, killing even the dangerous bacterium Streptococcus agalactiae (commonly known as Group B Strep) but is heat- and acid-labile and loses activity when cooked or taken by mouth.

Group B Strep (GBS) can kill newborns, most commonly premature babies. Current U.S. protocols call for culturing women toward the end of pregnancy to see if they are GBS carriers, since newborn strep infections occur more often—but not exclusively—in babies of women who culture positive for beta-strep. About 15 to 30 percent of women carry the beta-strep bacterium, the vast majority without any symptoms, although at least two women with GBS vaginitis have been documented (3).

The risk of contracting GBS by infants probably increases with the quantity of GBS in the birth canal (4). Between 1–3 in 1,000 babies develop beta-strep infections after birth (5). Many of these infections may be iatrogenic, caused by the hospital protocols. The strep bacillus originates in the anus. When the membranes are ruptured, fluid washes down and out of the vagina—until someone checks the cervix. Every time a cervical check is done, the examiner may carry GBS up on his or her gloved finger and deposit it on the cervix. Inserting an internal electro-fetal monitor electrode or an internal monitoring catheter also opens a pathway for bacteria to enter.

Any of these scenarios could also explain why length of time after rupture of membranes correlates with infection rate. No randomized controlled studies have been undertaken comparing women with no vaginal checks or internal monitors to women with frequent vaginal checks. Intrapartum prophylaxis with intravenous antibiotics, preferably targeted on GBS-colonized parturients with risk factors, is, at present, considered the "new standard of care." However, its efficacy and safety at preventing early-onset infection is still in debate. [Editor's Note: See "Facing the Challenge of Group B Strep" in Midwifery Today, Issue 63, Autumn 2002.]

Vaginal chlorhexidine disinfection during labour in GBS-colonized women may, in addition, offer a minor contribution to prevention. Chlorhexidine is a compound with plaque-inhibiting effects and available only by prescription in the U.S.* Its side effects include staining of teeth, restorations and the tongue, bitter taste and other disturbances, such as dryness of the mouth and development of oral ulceration (6).

A fresh garlic clove inserted into the vagina for one or two nights will also, most likely, reduce the colonization of the vagina with GBS, with no known side effects, besides garlic breath. But none of the funding agencies or drug companies are interested in providing support for research—likely because the product could not be patented. Chlorhexidine vaginal gel or wash reduces GBS colonization, so the idea of using local measures is not too radical. But at this time, a clinical trial in the U.S. to demonstrate efficacy of these topical methods will be almost impossible, given the established standard of care (intrapartum antibiotics) established by the CDC. So garlic experiments to reduce neonatal GBS will have to take place outside of the U.S.

Garlic protocol:

  • Break a clove off of a bulb of garlic and peel off the paper-like cover. Cut in half. Sew a string thru it for easy retrieval.
  • Put a fresh half in your vagina in the evening before you go to sleep. Most women taste garlic in their mouths as soon as it is in their vagina, so it is less pleasant to treat while awake.
  • In the morning, the garlic may come out when you poop. If not, many women find it is easiest to take it out on the toilet. Circle the vagina with a finger, till you find it. It cannot enter the uterus through the cervix. It cannot get lost, but it can get pushed into the pocket between the cervix and the vaginal wall.
  • Most people will taste the garlic as long as it is in there. So if you still taste it, it is probably still in there. Most women have trouble getting it out the first time.
  • For easy retrieval, sew a string through the middle of the clove before you put it in. You don't want to get irritated. Be gentle. Don't scratch yourself with long nails.

A 1996 international court interpretation of international treaties opened the door for widespread use of depleted uranium (DU) that had been prohibited for use as ammunition projectiles that could pierce armor. Tons of DU ammunition has been used in Bosnia and the Mideast since, leaving a radioactive mess that will last for life times.

Depleted uranium is a deceptive term. It is basically what's left after enriched uranium is used for reactors. But DU cannot be used in reactors anymore. DU is still highly radioactive, so using it for ammunition creates a lucrative industry instead of an expensive toxic waste disposal issue.

Part of DU's effectiveness is the fact that DU projectiles ignite on impact and penetrate armor. But that process also functions to emit radioactive vapors and particles in the immediate area, which accumulates in the environment and contaminates locally for life times as well as getting carried by winds for miles to contaminate elsewhere.

The point of this lengthy introduction is to make you aware that we have been and continue to be immersed in excess radioactivity from several sources. Fukushima has added more dangerous radioactivity, but corporate-government-media officials deny its dangers.

What must we do?
Forget trying to influence governments, the nuclear power industry and military industrial complex, or the mainstream media. They have circled their vested interest wagons, denied the dangers, and ignored the solutions. We have to take radiation protection upon ourselves.

Vitamin C: This antioxidant is effective against radiation. Radioactive atoms (radionuclides) have missing electrons that they replace by stealing electrons from other atoms causing cellular and DNA damage. That's oxidation in a nutshell. An antioxidant gives those atoms the electrons they need, thus neutralizing oxidative stress.

Vitamin D3: Make sure you supplement with vitamin D3, not just D or D2. Despite conventional dermatology's advice, strong sunlight exposure to skin is the safest way to up your D3 blood levels. Despite conventional medicine's standard, 25(OH)D tested D3 levels at 20 nanograms/milliliter are not enough; 50 to 70 ng/mg would be optimum.

Whey: Pure whey provides all the precursors for the master oxidant glutathione.

Other neutralizing supplements should include iodine or potassium iodide. Most of us are iodine deficient. Potassium itself works well at inhibiting radionuclides. The sleep supplement melatonin protects against radiation.

Sulfur supplements are recommended, and bicarbonate of soda is also effective at neutralizing radiation in our organs.

Magnesium intake should be increased along with calcium; both are effective at protecting against radiation poisoning.

Superfoods, chlorella and spirulina, have actually been used effectively where radioactive leaks occurred. Kelp is another possibility.

Bentonite clay or zeolite may help rid radionuclides from internal tissues.

CDC Wants To Go After All Baby Boomers With Vaccines For A Phantom Virus

(NaturalNews) The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is predicting an epidemic of hepatitis C (Hep-C) among baby boomers. So in order to preempt this epidemic, they have drafted a proposition to have everyone born between 1945 and 1965 tested for Hep-C in order to receive treatments and vaccinations (after diagnosis) with Hep-A and B vaccines.

That seems like a nasty proposition: two vaccinations that pretend to be designed for Hep-C. The Hep-B vaccine has an impressive track record of reported serious adverse reactions and deaths. They don’t have a Hep-C vaccination. Could it be because there is no virus?Dr. Michael Tierra and Sepp Hasslberger report how Chiron, a diagnostic department of Novartis Vaccines, spent years struggling to find a Hep-C virus. After lots of manipulation the came up with footprint of a shadow, or a phantom virus, that enabled them to create a blood screening test for Hep-C that has made them a lot of money.

Normally, when high liver enzyme counts are discovered in a blood test, a Hep-C test is ordered. The experts who debunk this test argue that the phantom virus does not pass the full criteria of an actual infectious virus.

Keep in mind that Hep-C is supposedly transmitted by blood, not saliva or sex fluids. Nobel prize winning virologist Peter Duesberg also thinks there is no Hep-C virus.

So do journalist Torsten Engelbrecht and Dr. Claus Koehnlein who put out the book Virus Mania. Their book debunks virus claims for several diseases. But Big Pharma intends to profit highly from fear mongering then developing harmful bogus vaccines and medicines.

Those who agree on the absence of a virus causing Hep-C tend to agree that HIV does not cause AIDS. Gary Null, PhD health activist and author has an actual list of 2729 experts who seriously doubt the AIDS-HIV virus paradigm as of November 2010.

It’s obvious that there is money to be made by scaring almost everyone born between 1945 and 1965 into getting the test and the Hep-A and dangerous Hep-B vaccinations. That should kill off a few and lighten the Social Security payout burden a bit. But on the other hand, Medicare and Medicaid costs may spike.

The CDC claims baby boomers were likely to experiment with injected drug use and should be screened. The Hepatitis Education Program (HEP) of Seattle, Washington writes: “More than 15,000 Americans … die each year from hepatitis C-related illness, such as cirrhosis and liver cancer, … .”

Notice it says die from Hep-C related illnesses. Part of that could be from the interferon drugs (chemo for Hep-C) or other meds prescribed for those diagnosed with Hep-C.

Several drugs and antibiotics carry warnings of liver damage. Even over the counter Tylenol, which contains liver damaging acetomenophine, causes liver damage. Detox and diet don’t make money for Big Pharma, but getting more liver disease patients by putting out liver damaging drugs creates more revenue.

Naturopath Michael Tierra and others have handled Hep-C conditions with herbs and good diet. Many who have been diagnosed lead normal lives with only slight changes in their lifestyles. Hep-C is probably a label for an overburdened toxic liver, which is likely in our toxic age of processed foods and environmental pollution.

This program may fit nicely into either Obama of Romney health care agendas: No Hep-C test and vaccinations could mean no health care even as you pay into program. It may come to pass that dreaded test and vaccination agents knock on senior citizens’ doors demanding entry.
