There is no fixed amount to take, everyone and every situation is unique, …but I would start with a minimal amount for a few days or a week, then increase to a more therapeutic level. You may want to get up to ½-2 ounces per day for a week or two. After that, it is a matter of how you feel. If the viral die off is too much too quickly, you can have a Herxheimer effect reaction. Massive die off can make you feel sick with diarheaa and sometimes a fever.
