Grass-Fed Meat is Superior to Grain-Fed Meat

With the emergence of post-WWII industrial agriculture that focused heavily on grain cultivation, American grasslands and pastures were replaced with endless rows of corn and wheat. Subsequently, cows and other pasture animals began being fed high-protein, high-grain diets that fatten them quickly but change the composition of their meat and fat. Thus meat, a once healthy and nutritious food source, has become the primary culprit in dietary-invoked illness and disease among the population due to its dramatically altered nutritional composition.

Long before the days of commercial grain farming and what is deemed modern agriculture, mankind hunted, foraged, gardened, and lived entirely off the land. Wild animals ate the grasses and plants native to the region, as well as smaller prey animals, and man would then hunt and gather these animals for food.

As burgeoning technology led to advances in farming and animal husbandry, substantial alterations in food-raising methods ensued, leading to a slew of unintended consequences.

Most American cattle used for food today are confined to feedlots for most of their lives. Cesspools of manure and disease, feedlots are where typical commercial cattle are fed grains like corn and soy to fatten them up before slaughter. In contrast to open, green pastures, feedlots are filthy, unnatural environments that constrain cattle and summon them to misery and disease. The unnatural concentration of large masses of manure often runs off into streams and water supplies, contaminating nearby farms, groves, and even municipal drinking water reservoirs.

The grains used to feed cattle also require tremendous swaths of land and pasture to be transformed into industrial agriculture factories in order to grow the crops, destroying the natural habitat and ultimately depleting the soil of nutrients. Chemicals, pesticides, and genetic modification are usually used in the crop-growing process, contaminating both the ground and the crops.

Besides the land alterations, the entire composition of meat is changed when cattle is fed grain rather than grass. Ruminant cattle, like cows and sheep, possess a special digestive system in which grasses are converted into digestible nutrients. Unlike humans who are unable to properly assimilate grasses and their nutrients, these animals are able to convert the plant cellulose into protein and fats. The result is a meat composition of roughly a 1:1 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids with omega-3 dominating slightly. Other benefits include high amounts of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), beta carotene, and vitamins A and E.

Grain, however, so disturbs the delicate digestive system of a ruminant that, unless done gradually, can kill the animal. "Feedlot bloat", a term used to describe the buildup of trapped gas in the rumen of the animal, is the primary reason why feedlot cattle must be feed antibiotics and hormones in order to keep them alive. Their digestive systems are unable to process the immense amounts of starch in their feed, turning their pH from neutral to acid and causing them to contract a myriad of diseases.

Though grain-fed animals fatten more quickly and can be slaughtered at a much faster pace, the composition of their meat can contain a ratio exceeding 1:15 of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids, a ratio so devastatingly unhealthy that modern, commercial meat has been implicated in causing heart disease, cancer, obesity, allergies, insulin resistance, autoimmune disease, and a whole host of other contemporary maladies. Since grain-fed animals ingest little roughage, their meat contains far less nutrients and vitamins and far more unhealthy saturated fat.

The body requires a proper balance of the right fats; if the balance is offset, the body is prone to disease. They say, "you are what you eat", and that statement couldn't be more true both for cattle and for humans. What one eats will dictate what one is, compositionally speaking. It is important to recognize the distinction between grain-fed meat and grass-fed meat and purchase accordingly.

Grass-fed meats are naturally leaner than commercial meats and contain the ideal balance of fats and fatty acids, a generous dose of vital nutrients, and flavor that comes naturally in the meat. Grass feeding allows cattle to roam in their natural environments and forage on a diet that is ideal for their systems. The animals typically never get sick when free to "chew the cud" on the open range and thus do not require hormones and antibiotics. There is no excess waste runoff as the manure fertilizes the fields, not the feedlot, and thus provides nutrients for the new grass to grow.

Meat cannot simply be referred to as meat; grass-fed and grain-fed are two entirely different foods. One is a protein-dense, nutritional powerhouse while the other is a product of man-made greed.

Nicotine Gum Linked to Mouth Cancer

(NaturalNews) Smoking cessation products such as nicotine gum, lozenges and inhalers may contribute to the development of mouth cancer, according to a study conducted by the Medical Research Council and published in the journal PLoS One.

"Although we acknowledge the importance of encouraging people to quit smoking, our research suggests nicotine found in lozenges and chewing gums may increase the risk of mouth cancer," said lead researcher Muy-Teck Teh, of Queen Mary, University of London.

The researchers emphasized that it is far more important to quit smoking than to avoid nicotine gum, and that the point of the study is to use cessation products just long enough to quit smoking, and not longer.

"Smoking is of course far more dangerous [than nicotine gum]," Teh said, "and people who are using nicotine replacement to give up should continue to use it and consult their [doctors] if they are concerned. The important message is not to overuse it, and to follow advice on the packet."

The researchers studied the activity of a gene known as FOXM1, which often occurs in a mutated form in many tumors, including mouth tumors, and also in precancerous mouth lesions. This mutation increases the activity of the gene.

The elevated activity of FOXM1 caused by the cancer-linked mutation is worsened by exposure to nicotine, the researchers found.

"If you already have a mouth lesion that is expressing high levels of FOXM1 and you expose it to nicotine, it may add to the risk of converting it into cancer," Teh said. "The concern is that with smokers, you are looking at people who are already at risk of oral cancer. I'm worried that some may already have lesions they don't know about in the mouth, and if they keep on taking nicotine replacement when they stop smoking products they will not be doing themselves any good."

Most nicotine replacement products advise users to scale back after three months and end use after six.

Now that President Obama has appointed Michael Taylor as Food Czar to his cabinet, the struggle is destined to become more difficult unless more consumers knowingly boycott GMO products. Michael Taylor was a vice president and chief lobbyist for Monsanto prior to his cabinet selection. Did you know that the stated aim of Monsanto is to own the patents for all the food crop seeds in the world? And now they're in the White House!

Why Avoid GMO Foods?

From anti-GMO activist and best selling author Jeffrey Smith's recent News With Views Internet article, "Doctors Warn: Avoid Genetically Modified Foods," "World renowned biologist Pushpa M. Bhargava goes one step further. After reviewing more than 600 scientific journals, he concludes that genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are a major contributor to the sharply deteriorating health of Americans".

"Among the population, biologist David Schubert of the Salk Institute warns that 'children are the most likely to be adversely effected by toxins and other dietary problems' related to GM foods. He says without adequate studies, the children become 'the experimental animals.'"

In addition to you and your family's personal health risks, the whole human race is endangered as Monsanto pursues it's stated goal of owning the world's food supply. Genetic engineering alters genetic codes of the DNA in organism by splicing in other genes from other forms of life, including other plant forms, insects, bacteria and even viruses. This creates mutant organisms and dangerously mutating genes, solely for sociopathic commercial demands on different forms of produce.

These commercial demands never consider the negative effects on human and animal health, nor the future of the food chain. Pollen pollution from GMO crop fields has already infected formerly pristine crops on small farms and indigenous farming groups. This pollution can cause permanent genetic mutations. And when Monsanto officials determine where these pollen drift pollutions occur, they sue the farmers of the polluted crops for patent violations! So farmers who avoid GMO planting are at risk.

As a matter of fact, there are several documents recovered from lawsuits and from the Freedom of Information Act that show FDA scientists had even urged long term studies before releasing GMO products. This was back in the early 1990's when the genome biotechnology industry was coming out of the closet. So how were they over ruled?

Along came Michael Taylor from Monsanto, you know, the current Food Czar guy, taking a key position in the FDA to create policy regarding GMO foods. The policy he instated essentially decrees that it's all food; there is no difference from any other food, and if the biotech company that created the GM foods say they're safe that's good enough! That FDA policy for GM food remains the same to this day.

Recovered documents from the biotech companies and independent testing prove that the GMO firms not only do very little testing, but they also often test improperly, cheat on the testing, and lie about the results! This junk science and PR lying is what gets to the mainstream media and press, via the FDA or even from biotechnology press releases. Meanwhile, research that prove GMO dangers is suppressed.

How To Avoid GMO Foods

Avoid the big four, which has become five now: The highly genetically engineered crops are soy, corn, canola and cottonseed. Add sugar beets, which are now becoming GMO.

Most blended oils in North America contain canola and cottonseed oils. Use extra virgin olive oil instead. Avoid all soy products and oils as well. The healthy alternative is usually not so healthy after all, since most soy is GMO unless it is specifically labeled non-GMO.

Most corn is GMO. Items like corn flakes and corn chips are from GM corn. Corn based products, corn starch, corn oil, corn syrup, and high fructose corn syrup appear on the ingredients labels of many processed foods. Corn in various forms is prevalent in the vast fast food supply that dominates our culture.

GMO corn is fed to cattle and other livestock. If you eat beef, pork or fowl, you are probably a second hand consumer of GM corn. So dig a little deeper and buy grass or alfalfa fed or free range livestock meats only.

Sugar beets are added to the big four to make it five. Now more and more sugar beets are GMO. Sugar from sugar beets is less expensive than cane sugar for refined sugar; therefore, it is popular with food processing groups. So if you haven't stopped using sugar or products with refined sugar, you might want to reconsider now.

A handy guide for consumers are PLU codes that are labeled or stamped onto fruits and vegetables. PLU stands for Price Look Up. The PLU codes are for input into electronic cash registers to determine prices for bulk items, such as apples and cabbage. The codes identify exactly what the item is with its current pricing, while giving the consumer a handy tag for identifying GMO produce.

Each PLU code has five digits. If the first digit is a 9, the item is organic. If it is an 8, it is GMO! Conventionally grown produce has a 0 for the first digit, but usually the 0 is dropped. So most conventionally grown produce will actually have only 4 digits on the PLU tag if you don't see a 0 at the beginning. The 8 gives you the worst of two worlds, GMO and heavy chemical spraying!

Those are your three main categories. PLU codes do not usually appear on packaged produce or items such as string beans that are too small to label or stamp.

Obviously, buying organic and from local farmers is ideal. Forget convenience. Buy bulk and eschew packaged foods. So what if you have to soak legumes the night before cooking them. If you buy locally, through a local health food store or at a farmers' market, you can determine by direct communication how the crops were raised.

The Genesis of GMO Madness

The history of controlling the food industry in the world by the then American Government in 1973 under President Nixon started by introducing the "Food for Peace" programme which was led by Henry Kissinger, Nixon's Secretary of State and National Security Adviser.*

According to the New African Magazine, Kissinger controlled absolutely the US foreign policy and summarized his activities as "Control oil and you control nations, control food and you control the people". That gene revolution evolved to the biotechnology industry in food. Under Bush senior, biotechnology was given the deregulation green light possibly more than any other industry. Connect all these dots to Michael Taylor's revolving door passages from corporate (Monsanto) to government (FDA) and back again to Monsanto then tapped as Food Czar.

The picture becomes apparent: the thrust to completely control food world wide is being pursued by an alliance of USA government policy and multi-national agribusiness and food processing corporation ambition. Don't expect government to come to the rescue!

Grass Roots Activism Too Shut Down GMO Foods

The agenda for controlling the world food supply through patented GMO seeds has hit a few glitches, thanks to the word getting out and food consumer boycotts. Monsanto's target for accomplishing this was up years ago! But of course, they haven't given up.

Monsanto is a multi-national company that created PCB's, Agent Orange, Aspartame, rBGH, Terminator Seeds and Round Up weed killer, for which GMO crops were created to withstand its heavy spraying, creating more toxic chemical residue to the GM crops than even conventionally grown crops. Would they care about anything but their food fascism control agenda? With Food Czar Monsanto Mike in the White House, they have their point man in position.

What Jeffrey M. Smith, Director of the Institute for Responsible Technology and author of Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette proposes is that enough people get educated and boycott GMO products to diminish market demand. This can create a tipping point, where the balance of supply and demand shifts enough for the market place venues to drop GMO products.

He claims this has been achieved in the USA with rBGH or bovine growth hormones. And thanks to an honest scientist, Arpad Pusztai, who lost his lab funding for exposing GMO dangers in Scotland, the EU is GMO free.

Students took a test in which color words, like red, were sometimes printed in matching ink (like the word red written in red ink) and sometimes in another color (the word red written in blue ink).

The test was to quickly name the ink color, suppressing the natural tendency to read the word, immediately after walking four steps forward, backward or sideways. Each participant walked in each direction twice. When the color names and inks matched, reaction times for correct answers were similar no matter which way the students walked. But when color names didn’t correspond to inks, reaction times for correct answers were fastest after walking backward. Backward locomotion appears to be a very powerful trigger to mobilize cognitive resources, say the researchers.

STEP BACK FOR FORWARD-THINKING

Stepping backward isn’t an inborn trigger for increased mental control, but a learned one, notes social psychologist and study coauthor Severine Koch, PhD. “Over a lifetime, the movement is habitually performed in situations that require increased control, such as when people encounter a dangerous or difficult situation,” she explains. “Because of this associative link between backward movement and a vigilant state of mind, stepping backward seems to enhance cognitive functioning even in the absence of actual danger.”

Okay, so in modern life we’re not typically retreating from a lion and it’s not so realistic to be walking backward — but we certainly face other challenges that require intense concentration and enhanced mental capacity. Will stepping backward open the mind to new solutions? Dr. Koch said that the practical applications of this study require further research, but she speculates that people in jobs requiring constant alertness could benefit from avoidance movements. Meanwhile, you may want to take a step backward the next time you’re plagued by a problem.

Mainstream Medicine Attacks Colloidal Silver

(NaturalNews) Prior to the advent of patentable and more profitable antibiotics, medicines containing silver were the most widely prescribed infection fighters by doctors and there were no fewer than 34 different approved prescription and over the counter medications which contained silver. Now, after the elimination of most large particle and silver nitrate products and after improved technology has made nano-sized particles that require far less parts per million, colloidal silver proponents claim that it is safer and more effective than ever. At the same time, however, it has become the subject of increasing attacks by mainstream medicine, which labels colloidal silver as a scam, as quackery and as a dangerous substance with no proven value.

When it is pointed out that colloidal and nano-silver are used by NASA, Potters for Peace, the Hong Kong Subway System, Cure-Aid, and major hospital burn units, the detractors often concede that perhaps it works externally; however, they maintain that when it is taken internally it causes dangerous toxicity due to silver build-up. In a familiar refrain when it comes to silver and other alternatives to mainstream drugs, it is also claimed that colloidal silver taken internally has no "scientifically" proven benefits. One of the most widely publicized warnings is that colloidal silver causes people to turn blue due to a skin condition known as argyria.

Yet, the EPA says that 90-95% of ingested silver particles are eliminated from the body within two days and 99% are gone within a week (1). Furthermore, the bluest of the blue people, "Papa Smurf" Paul Karason was given a clean bill of health at Mount Sinai Hospital. (2) Karason, like the Montana senator who has bluish skin, did not actually take colloidal silver. Instead, he took large quantities of home-made ionic silver made with tap water and contaminated with salt for a prolonged period of time.

When it comes to scientific studies regarding the benefits of internal silver, last year it was reported that researchers in Hungary found specific silver receptors on human tissue – an indication that silver plays an important role in human health. (3) A joint study between the University of Texas and Mexico University published in the Journal of Nanotechnology showed that silver nano-particles of sizes 1-10nm attached to HIV-1 prevented the virus from bonding to host cells. (4)

Another study, conducted by the Department of Microbiology at Kyungpook National University in Daegu, Korea, and published in the prestigious Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology, found that nano-silver was comparable in effectiveness to Amphotericin B, one of the most powerful prescription antifungal drugs known to man, which is often used intravenously to cure serious systemic fungal infections. The same study also found that nan-silver was superior to the well-known anti-fungal drug fluconazole (popularly known as Diflucan). (5)

In a recently completed study conducted by researchers from the Washington University School of Medicine and the University of Akron, Ohio, and presented at the 105th International Conference of the American Thoracic Society, researchers infected a group of mice with the bacteria Pseudomona aeroginosa. Psuedomona aeroginosa is a common cause of bacterial pneumonia in humans, especially those on ventilators, those with cystic fibrosis or those with compromised immune systems. Once infected, all the mice then inhaled aerosolized nano-particles once per day. In half of the mice, these particles contained antimicrobial particles known as silver carbene complexes (SCCs).

Mice that inhaled the SCCs had significantly lower concentrations of bacteria in their lungs than mice inhaling placebo nano-particles. Most significantly, none of the mice in the SCC group died, while all the mice in the control group did. (6)

Were all those doctors who prescribed silver products and the scientists who conducted the studies liars, scammers and/or quacks? Or could it be that mainstream medicine and its advocates are attacking colloidal silver because it really does represent a threat to the hundreds of billions in profits from patented drugs?

Meanwhile millions of people around the world are taking colloidal silver and reporting cures of pneumonia, staph, candida, MRSA, Chrohns, Lyme, the H1N1 flu, and much more.

Environmental Activists Funded By Big Pharma

(NaturalNews) It was revealed that a handful of the activist agencies which were behind the petition to the EPA to regulate nano-silver as a pesticide received funding from pharmaceutical giant Merck, which annually has hundreds of billions of dollars in profits from patented antibiotics which colloidal silver poses a risk to. Now, further investigation has discovered that the initial revelations may just be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Merck and other pharmaceutical companies funding of the groups who support the EPA petition.

The actual source of the funding that was first revealed in emails and colloidal silver blogsites was the John Merck Fund, which was set up in 1970 by Serena Merck, the widow of Merck Pharmaceuticals CEO George W. Merck. The recipients of funding who are signees on the petition to the EPA were identified as:

Subsequently, it was discovered that a second Merck foundation, the Merck Family Fund, gave a $200,000 grant for 2006-2007 to another petitioner, Silicon Valley Toxics Coalition.

The Center for Food Safety (CFS), which along with its sister organization the International Center for Technology Assessment (ICTA) initiated the EPA petition and enlisted the other groups which signed off on the petition, received the second largest amount of funding of any group from the John Merck Fund. The largest recipient by far of Merck funding was the Tides Center/Tides Foundation, whose total funding of almost $2.7 Million dwarfs the combined total of $1.75 Million given to the CFS and the ICTA and CFS.

As it turns out, the Tides Foundation and Tides Center are also actively involved in the petition to regulate silver, as well as the source of funding and support to several of the other groups who signed the EPA petition. Their position became apparent to one and all when they posted a press release urging support of the EPA petition:

The Tides Foundation is described by Activistcash.com as quickly becoming "the 800 pound gorilla for activist funding." As reported on ActivistCash:

"The Tides foundation was established in 1976 by California activist Drummond Pike, Tides does two things better than any other foundation or charity in the U.S. today: it routinely obscures the sources of its tax-exempt millions, and makes it difficult (if not impossible) to discern how the funds are actually being used."

Activistcash went on to report:

"In practice, "Tides" behaves less like a philanthropy than a money-laundering enterprise (apologies to Procter & Gamble), taking money from other foundations and spending it as the donor requires. Called donor-advised giving, this pass-through funding vehicle provides public-relations insulation for the money`s original donors. By using Tides to funnel its capital, a large public charity can indirectly fund a project with which it would prefer not to be directly identified in public. Drummond Pike has reinforced this view, telling The Chronicle of Philanthropy: "Anonymity is very important to most of the people we work with."

Due to the efforts of many foundations to keep their funding activities anonymous, it is difficult to determine the true scope of pharmaceutical company funding for the Tides group as well as the individual activist groups. However, information on the Tides Center`s website and other web searches found that the Tides Center itself is a big source of funding and support to several of the other groups not listed as direct recipients of funding from Merck.

For example, the Center for Environmental Health is itself a a project of the Tides Center.

The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy received previous funding and had previous connections with the Tides Foundation.

The Clean Production Action is a Tides Center project.

Food and Water Watch receives donations from the Tides Foundation.

Though not listed as a recipient of funding from Merck or the Tides Center, The Loka Institute, which has no current offices, was previously provided office space and a mailbox in Washington, DC by the International Center for Technology Assessment in their own offices.

Lest one think that Merck is the only Big Pharma company funding the activist groups directly or else indirectly funneling money to them through the Tides Foundation and Tides Center, a quick internet search found the following listed as the top funding recipient from the Pfizer Foundation:

Thus far, the EPA has taken no action on the petition, though it is widely expected to make a ruling by early fall, and many expect that silver will indeed be regulated as a pesticide. Such an action would have the effect of banning virtually all the colloidal silver products currently used by millions of people to combat infections and pathogens of all kinds. In many instances, mainstream medicine has no answer for some of the deadliest of pathogens, such as MRSA.

The environmental groups would have us believe that they are primarily concerned with new products that incorporated "nanosilver" into their makeup such as computer keyboards, clothing and other textiles that were impregnated with nanosilver for antimicrobial purposes. However, it appears clear that the true agenda of the petition to the EPA is to constrain colloidal silver. Colloidal silver represents a huge threat to the billions of dollars in profits Big Pharma annually rakes in from less effective, less safe and far more expensive patented antibiotic drugs.

Such an agenda becomes obvious when one looks at the list of products singled out for banning that was part of the petitions and finds the three largest producers of colloidal silver specifically listed among the products. Many more colloidal silver products were later added as an addendum.

As an example of the subterfuge, one of the environmental groups which signed the petition, Friends of the Earth, sent emails this past spring to concerned members who used colloidal silver to assure them that they had no desire or intention to regulate colloidal silver. Then in June they published a position paper which stated, "We believe that all over-the-counter colloidal silver products should be immediately withdrawn from the market and their sale should be banned (unless approved as a drug by the appropriate regulatory agency)."

Similarly, in March of this year, just before the EPA closed the door to public comments on the campaign to regulate silver as a "pesticide," the environmentalists published an article claiming that a "major new clinical study" had proven that silver harms human cells.

What the environmentalists failed to report in their article is enlightening. First of all, it turned out that the study they cited was hardly "major." Indeed, it was a very small study conducted by a virtually unknown research group in China.

It also turned out that the group conducting the study was in cahoots with two major pharmaceutical companies who are major producers of prescription antibiotic drugs. And finally, the study itself merely demonstrated the well-known fact that silver kills e. coli bacteria by damaging its cellular structure and preventing it from replicating.

In other words, the study was on bacterial cells, not human cells.

The justification for considering silver to be a pesticide in the first place is because it kills bacteria, viruses and other single celled pathogens, which the environmental groups have defined as "pests". Using the same definition would apparently also make common bleach, rubbing and drinking alcohol, aerosol disinfectants, and antibiotic and antiviral drugs "pesticides" as well – but only silver has been singled out.

One wonders why environmental groups are seemingly in bed with Big Pharma to begin with on the issue of silver, which is a natural element that has been in our waters, soils and plants since mankind first put down footsteps in the sands of time. Where is the concern over all of the drugs that are polluting our drinking water? According to a recent investigative report from the Associated Press, "U.S. manufacturers, including major drugmakers, have released at least 271 million pounds of pharmaceutical drugs into waterways that often provide drinking water for millions of Americans – contamination the federal government has consistently overlooked…"

According to the Associated Press report, "…trace amounts of a wide range of pharmaceuticals – including antibiotics, anti-convulsants, mood stabilizers and sex hormones – have been found in American drinking water supplies…pharmaceuticals have now been detected in the drinking water of at least 51 million Americans."

The figures reported may be merely the tip of the iceberg since, as the report itself states, "Most cities and water providers still do not test." The report also notes, "Some scientists say that wherever researchers look, they will find pharma-tainted water."

The AP report also noted that "Pharmaceutical makers typically are excused from having to submit an environmental review for new products, and the FDA has never rejected a drug application based on potential environmental impact."

Furthermore, according to the AP report, the Big Pharma companies do not even need to submit environmental reviews for their drugs, which are now contaminating the drinking water of tens of millions of American men, women and children.

But colloidal silver, which has never been demonstrated to contribute to environmental pollution, is being singled out by the environmental groups (backed by their Big Pharma paymasters) for extreme and completely unwarranted environmental regulations that will literally drive most if not all colloidal silver manufacturers and vendors completely out of business. And it`s all being pulled off in the name of "protecting the environment."

In short, Big Pharma produces hundreds of billions of dollars a year worth of prescription drugs and millions of pounds of these drugs annually end up polluting our environment, yet the environmental groups remain silent with nary a single call to regulate Big Pharma`s drugs as environmental pollutants. In other words, Big Pharma is polluting the environment with drugs, but, rather than opposing Big Pharma, the environmentalist groups are taking money from them and ruthlessly attacking the most popular natural health alternative to the prescription antibiotic drugs produced by Big Pharma.

Given the information outlined above, one can only wonder what other pharmaceutical funding is linked to activist groups such as the ones listed in this article. One shudders to think of how many activist groups have been corrupted by funding from Big Pharma and other companies with agendas that are anything but in the public interest.

It is easy to see how such hypocrisy and subterfuge can corrupt decision making, the same as can pay lobbyists and political funding. Obviously it would be in the distinct public interest to require full disclosure of funding sources for every organization which petitions a government agency or legislative body to see where there might be funding sources that would stand to benefit as a result of the desired action or legislation.

Similarly, it would also be in the public interest to require full details of all the activities and efforts of lobbyists, including expenses and the details of each meeting held by lobbyists with government officials. While we are at it, we would also be a better informed and better served citizenry if every elected official`s vote on any measure included donations and links to any companies or other entities affected by such legislation.

Granted, such reforms are a tall order, but until we see such altruistic change all the talk about true transparency in government is merely lip service – and the words from our own lips will continue to have little chance of reaching the ears of those captured by the special interests who have bought them off and rigged the process in their favor.

Swine Flu Vaccine- What To Do?

Even though the swine flu vaccine question has been hotly debated by a large number of "experts" on every form of media for months, it seems that "by and large" most are still unsure of who to believe and what to do.

I am though disappointed in theologians for failing the Churches, for allowing Christians to ignorantly follow this man-made experimental practice we refer to as "science", with it's inherent greed and profit based motives, while blatantly ignoring the good Word of the Bible that has complete instruction to keep man safe and healthy. I am disappointed in the Church fathers for failing to "weigh-in" on this critical issue of disease. His children are truly dying for lack of knowledge.

The membership in this global organization includes medical practitioners from virtually every field of medicine, and as CEO I am in almost daily contact with some of the top minds in medicine from around the world. This gives me access to information and expert opinion that few are fortunate enough to have. I am truly blessed in this, and my patients are as well.
 
The most efficient way for me to "inform you" is to offer two most excellent articles (Do Vaccines Increase Your Risk of Disability and Dying, and Swine Flu What Should I Do? ) listed on the WONMP website, and provided by Dr. Jerry Tennant, MD of Dallas. Just so you will know, to be considered valid, a medical article must contain a list of references substantiating the facts given by clinical studies and valid supporting research. You will find Dr. Tennant's articles are extensively referenced with factual supporting information. You can therefore check the provided facts for yourself. While I encourage you to read both articles, below are a few facts:

The facts/data clearly show that rather than "protect" our children when we vaccinate them, we are actually increasing their chances of getting sick, being permanently injured with neurological and other irreversible illnesses, or increasing their risk of death. See references in the articles.

The government essentially "admitted" that vaccines pose a risk through development of the vaccine victim compensation fund in 1988. http://www.hrsa.gov/vaccinecompensation/covered_vaccines.htm 

A close review of history substantiates that death from infectious disease in the 1800ʼs and early 1900ʼs plummeted with better sanitation, running water, better nutrition, and antibiotics, and not from vaccination which actually increases death rates. This is factual information for anyone that cares to do the research themselves.

Even the developer of one popular vaccine states the dangers: Dr. Jonas Salk who developed the first polio vaccine testified before Congress that live oral polio vaccine (used in the US since 1960) was "the principle, if not the sole cause" of all reported polio cases since 1961." He further stated that if we were to avoid the occurrence of such cases, it would be necessary to discontinue the routine use of live polio vaccine. This statement was published in Science Magazine April 4, 1977.

And people that do choose vaccination are a danger to everyone else: As reported in "Shedding of Virulent Poliovirus Revertants during Immunization with Oral Poliovirus Vaccine after Prior Immunization with Inactivated Polio Vaccine," Journal of Infectious Diseases 1993; 168.", children often shed live viruses in their stool for 6-8 weeks after vaccination! Thus when we vaccinate our children and send them to school, they carry the viruses we injected into them and transmit them to the other children, their parents, grandparents, and anyone else that comes into contact with them. Note: I also watched the Baylor doctor on channel 4 this week stating that the small amount of live virus from the swine flu vaccine is not enough to "infect". You decide who is correct!

The measles vaccine is a good example: The US Government reported in May 1985 that 80% of measles cases occurred in those that had been vaccinated for measles! In 1992, the FDA noted that 95% of measles cases had been vaccinated for measles, and that vaccinated individuals were carriers of the disease. Before the measles vaccine was developed in 1963, it was rare to see measles in young children. Now that mothers have been vaccinated when they were children, they don't pass immunity on to their newborns. Thus we see that most cases of measles are in the young, particularly around 15 months of age. Expect no different results from those injected with the swine flu vaccination!

It is a known fact that all vaccines contain poisons like formaldehyde, aluminum, tin, mercury, body parts from monkeys, eggs, other viruses, etc, in addition to the virus that is the focus of the vaccine. However, the swine flu vaccine contains squalene, the suspected cause of the Gulf War Syndrome . Can anyone say neurological damage or autism? Did you know that 1 in 150 children now have autism? Ref: Page 14; does vaccination increase your risk of death and dying; Tennant/09.

So what can we realistically expect from mass swine flu vaccination? How about a high probability that 1 in 4 of those vaccinated with squalene-containing vaccines (Swine Flu Vaccines) will be permanently disabled! If we add the damage from this proposed event to the 1/150 boys that already get autism, we could effectively wipe out an entire generation of Americans. And all for the profits from something that doesn't work—vaccines.

This is just a brief overview of some of the dangers and failure of vaccines, and is intended to not only give you a basic understanding of the "other side" of the vaccine issue, but to "stimulate" you to go forward and research the truth of vaccines for yourself. I do understand that you are afraid of this thing known as the swine flu, and I encourage you to make decisions for your family based on information, not fear. You will also read in the referenced articles, tips about avoiding and treating the flu. Additionally in the next week I will also send another newsletter expanding these tips.

Since most of the individuals on this newsletter list are in Texas, I will also mention that vaccines are "optional" under Texas law. Any parent may opt out of vaccines for their children for reasons of religion or conscience, and it is a simple process. I will leave you with a closing thought: A valid consideration for Christians is "what does the Bible say about infectious disease"? Does anyone read anywhere that God commanded the injection of disease constituents (vaccines)? Does He not in fact prescribe "quarantine" and good sanitary practices instead?

Could it be that even Christians have been lured into following man's "science", reduced to mere Sheople, following submissively along without questioning the scriptural validity of what we are submitting to?
