Everyone and every parent has the God-given Right to decide how best to care for their own health and that of their children. No government, no public official, and no healthcare “professional” has any authority to force us or our children to be the recipients of potentially dangerous drugs whether in the form of vaccines or a pill. The right to choose how to care for our and our families health is a right as basic as speech, religion or bearing arms. It should never be relinquished under any circumstances.
After we published the form last week entitled, Physician's Warranty of Vaccine Safety , I decided to assemble another form entitled Notice of Vaccine and Drug Exemption , which was subsequently reviewed by one of our independent MD/ND consultants. This is for parents to have pre-filled out and signed to hand to their physician, healthcare worker, health administrator, or public official in the event that any attempt is made to coerce them into accepting vaccinations or drugs for their children. (Note: It can also be modified for their own personal notice of vaccine exemption.) This form should be then given to the physician along with the “Physician’s Warranty of Public Safety” in which they are accepting full liability for any harm done by the vaccines or drugs they all too cavalierly administer. Of course few if any would ever sign this document, but the intent is not an expectation they will sign it, but rather to put them on notice and to give them “sufficient lawful notice” about your position and rights concerning vaccines and drugs. (This document may be freely copied for use by anyone who believes in the truths expressed therein.)
Notice of Vaccine and Drug Exemption
_________________________ and ___________________________, natural persons and parents of ______________________________, hereby give this Notice of Vaccine and Drug Exemption to all whom it may concern, including, but not necessarily limited to, attending physicians, nurses, hospital workers, hospital administrators, and public officials.
Vaccinations for our child, ______________________________, will only be considered by us if the Physician's Warranty By Affidavit of Vaccine and/or Drug Safety is completely filled out and signed under oath by the attending physician. Regardless, the parents of this child reserve the God-given Right to refuse/decline and claim exemption from the use of any vaccine or drug for reasons of conscience specified herein this document, including, but not limited to, religious reasons, medical reasons, scientific reasons, as well as philosophical reasons.
Vaccines as a rule are manufactured with one or more of the following fillers and/or preservatives which have been found to be questionable in their use and in many cases harmful to the health and life of the child:
* aluminum hydroxide
* aluminum phosphate
* ammonium sulfate
* amphotericin B
* animal tissues: pig blood, horse blood, rabbit brain,

* human diploid cells (originating from aborted baby tissue)

* phenol red indicator
* phenoxyethanol (antifreeze)
* potassium diphosphate
* potassium monophosphate
* polymyxin B
* polysorbate 20
* polysorbate 80
* porcine (pig) pancreatic hydrolysate of casein
* residual MRC5 proteins
* sorbitol
* tri(n) butylphosphate,
* VERO cells, a continuous line of monkey kidney cells, and
* washed sheep red blood
Many of these ingredients and often combinations of ingredients have not been proven to be safe for injection into the body of any child, …or any adult in many cases. In fact, there is a growing body of evidence showing that the vaccines themselves actually increase the risk of developing the illness which they are supposed to be preventing and vaccine components can result in other health damaging side effects such as immunological and neurological damage. Autism, which a short time ago was extremely rare, has exploded since the early 1990s when vaccination programs were greatly expanded.
Some vaccines have also been found to have been contaminated with Simian Virus 40 (SV 40) and that SV 40 is linked by some researchers to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and mesotheliomas in humans as well as in experimental animals. It has been exposed by researchers that many vaccines contain human baby/fetal tissue often harvested through abortions. The use of unborn babies through abortions to produce vaccinations or any other drugs is personally and philosophically abhorrent and religiously unacceptable to us.
We also reference the voluminous database of adverse vaccine reaction reports made to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) which is co-sponsored by the Centers For Disease Control and The Food and Drug Administration. The vast majority of this database has yet to be scientifically refuted. In fact, the vaccine and drug manufacturers rather than addressing the many concerns generally respond with silence. The scientific concerns about the use of vaccinations are becoming so vast as to cause many science and medical professionals to completely rethink the concept of vaccinations in general.
Many so-called clinical studies have been found to either be fabricated or conducted under questionable methods in order to obtain governmental agency approval. The revolving door of employment between government agencies and pharmaceutical companies and the profit motive demand creates a culture that is conducive to premature and/or inappropriate approval of questionable vaccines and drugs. Our only motive is the best possible health for our child.
Hepatitis B Facts (an example of the unwarranted vaccination of infants):
60 percent of patients vaccinated for Hepatitis B will lose detectable antibodies to Hepatitis B within 12 years; 50 percent of patients who contract Hepatitis B develop no symptoms after exposure; 30 percent will develop only flu-like symptoms and will have lifetime immunity; only 20 percent will develop the symptoms of the disease, but 95 percent will fully recover and have lifetime natural immunity.
Also, 5 percent (1 in 20) of the patients who are exposed to Hepatitis B will become chronic carriers of the disease; 75 percent (15 in 20) of the chronic carriers will live with an asymptomatic infection; 25 percent (5 in 20) of the chronic carriers will develop chronic liver disease or liver cancer 10-30 years after the acute infection.
Finally, in 1996 (early in the Hep B vaccination push) only 54 cases of Hepatitis B were reported to the CDC in the 0-1 year age group while in the VAERS database there were 1,080 total reports of adverse reactions from Hepatitis B vaccines in the same age group resulting in 47 deaths reported. These facts in tandem with the plethora of other contaminates (as listed in part above) in vaccines are indicative of a risk simply not worth taking in the life of an infant.
Hence, Notice Is Given: The substantive law governing this Notice of Vaccine and Drug Exemption is the body of America Organic and Common Law established by The Declaration of Independence and thereafter secured by The Constitutions of The United States of America and The State of Texas. ___________________________________, as the natural person parents of ___________________________________, are making an informed decision concerning the acceptance or exemption from use of any vaccine or drug and reserve the God-given Right to decline the use of any potentially dangerous vaccine or drug whether recommended or demanded by physician, assistant, nurse, or hospital administrator.
We believe that the growing body of evidence, both anecdotal and clinical, is that the use of vaccines and drugs has overwhelmingly greater potential for harm to a child than choosing the more natural approach to child health care. This is not a blanket rejection of all medications, vaccines, or drugs in an emergency situation where they may be appropriate and even necessary. Therefore, we will make our decisions of exemptions on a case by case, vaccine by vaccine, medication by medication basis.
Any physicians, assistants, nurses, hospital employees, hospital administrators or public officials engaged in the forced vaccination or drugging of our child without our express written consent will be held liable in their natural person capacities as well as within any legal fiction entity, whether private or governmental, for whom they may be working, to the fullest extent of the available law, including the Organic and Common Law, Constitutional Law, Statutory Law, Civil Law, Uniform Commercial Codes, and any applicable international treaty.
We are making an informed and calculated choice to be exempt from any mandatory use of any particular vaccine or drug in the healthcare of our daughter/son, __________________________. We believe that a Physician’s, as well as all healthcare workers, prime directive is to, “first do no harm” and this Notice of Vaccine and Drug Exemption (except in dire emergency) upholds and honors that directive. Therefore, we hold blameless any attending physicians, nurses, assistants, hospital administrators, and public officials for any adverse effects objectively proven to be the result of our claiming exemption from using any particular vaccine or drug in the healthcare of ________________________________.
