Hi Eila,
One 32 oz. bottle would generally be considered a one month supply for the average person, but it is ½ month supply for me because I do 2 ounces per day. The best and most potent way to use it is by mixing it 50/50 with the 75 Colloidal Minerals and taking 3-4 ounces per day. Minerals are constantly depleted and the more active you are, the more you may require. Less active people may get by with less.
