Stronger Nails

• To strengthen and shine nails, combine 2 tsp. Himalayan Salt , 2 tsp. castor oil, and 1 tsp. wheat germ oil and mix thoroughly. Pour into bottle. Shake before using.To use, rub a small amount into your nails. Leave on 3-5 minutes and tissue off. Follow up with more plain castor oil, if desired.
Acidophilus . Inhibits harmful bacteria that can damage and weaken nails.

Silica or Horsetail. Supplies silicon which is essential for healthy hair, bone, and nails.

Calcium and Magnesium . Essential for proper bone and nail growth.

Vitamin D3 . Plenty of sunshine or Vitamin D3 supplementation is necessary for proper calcium absorption.

Plant Minerals . Minerals are the building blocks for the absorption of all other nutrients and vitamins.
