Water Retention and Water Weigh

• Water. Drink plenty of water (36-64 ounces per day depending on body size and weigh.)More often than not, water retention is due to a lack of water intake. When there is a lackof pure water fluids or too much coffee and/or soda pop, which can act as diuretics, the body goes into a water retention mode to conserve fluids.

• White Salt. If you are consuming too much salt, especially white bleached salt,it may be causing excess water retention.

• Apple cider vinegar. A natural diuretic which helps in the elimination of poisons from the body.

Use a ¼ to ½ ounce in an 8 ounce glass of water or juice. Do not drink without diluting.
