Hi Utopia Silver,
I have periodontal problems and am hoping your strong silver perhaps held in my mouth for 20 min at a time would penetrate thru the gum and disable the pathogens that are causing soreness and inflamed gums etc or if I could use a syringe to saturate the silver in the perio pockets.  Any suggestions on what product I need would be greatly appreciated; I want to save my teeth and gums and I want to avoid drugs and antibiotics and of course surgery.  I have made weak C silver before but your stronger particle silver sounds more promising. I have two questions, one is how much of the silver does one use if there is a chronic problem of red eyes caused by viral infection? Is the silver taken internally or in drop form right into the eyes?.
Two : How much of the silver does one take if one has a virus such as herpes and a cold.  These are chronic problems for me.  I don't really know why, could be that my immune system is not strong enough.
I have your product (silver) but I'm not sure how much I take.

Hi Claudia,
A few drops in the eyes every few hours for a day usually gets rid of it. In the case of chronic eye infection, I have even flushed with it in an eye cup.

How much to supplement with for any problem varies considerably from individual to individual. If I start catching a cold or flu, I will do a couple of ounces every 3-4 hours for a day or so. It usually knocks it out or at the very least shortens the duration considerably.

Herpes is a very difficult issue to deal with; it tends to lie dormant in the joint of the jaw with Simplex 1 and at the base of the spine with Simplex 2. This makes it very difficult to get the silver in contact with it until an outbreak. At such time, it can be used topically, which will shorten the infected period and also orally. Again, how much is very difficult to determine for everyone, but it will probably takes several ounces a day for a week or so. Sporadically active and then dormant viruses are not easy to kill.

I was wondering if Colloidal Silver would be effective in treating teenage acne? I've tried Benzoyl Peroxide, but Colloidal Silver seems to be a much stronger antibacterial agent. I would appreciate any insight on this subject.

Hi Robert,
Colloidal silver is made of about 20 PPM .9999 silver and de-ionized water.
Anything caused by on-celled organisms, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc..
Since everyone and every condition is different, that is a question that cannot be answered definitively, but many claim to have alleviated those symptoms with silver, especially reducing the inflammation. The underlying cause of Rosacea is very difficult to treat and there may be more than one cause including microbes and even microscopic mites burrowing under the skin (or maybe the bacteria that live on mites). Our Health and Nutritional Healing Manual by Dr. James Balch suggests several supplements as being helpful in addition to Silver, Primrose Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin A, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin E, and Zinc.

Hi Bobby,
Most of the ‘name’ brands are probably OK, but quality may not always be the same.  It’s best to check them for PPMs; they should be 1 or less using the Hanna TDS1 tester. You do not want other minerals in your production water; silver ions and silver particles tend to bond with other mineral particles and may be less effective or even fall out.

I just ordered a gallon of the life solution, and i wanted to know how long is the shelf life of a gallon? Just my husband and I will be taking it. How much per day should we take to maintain good health, we are 63 yrs old. Is the life sol. better thank the col. silver that my friend takes? we do have mild arthritis, and fading memory, just a little.

The shelf life can be indefinite if kept at a warmer temperature; extreme cold can cause the colloids to either agglomerate (clump) or even fall out if frozen.

How much to use is a difficult question. If simply using as an essential trace mineral maintenance, a couple of teaspoons per day generally suffice and over time can maintain a level capable of boosting your immune system. The problem is as with all minerals, depletion is a constant thing and accelerates with intense activity especially that which causes one to sweat.

I do about a 1/2oz. per day unless I feel a bug coming on then I will do several ounces a couple of times a day for several days. That is generally all it takes for me, but my silver level probably stays fairly high. If one is dealing with issues such as Crohn’s, Hep-C, or Candidiasis, or any other systemic issues, it generally takes much more than if handling a cold or stomach bug. You simply must get enough into your ‘system’ for it to come in contact with the one-celled organisms causing the problems.

The Life solution is simply 50% gold  and 50% silver; there are some indications that gold enhances the body’s utilization of silver.

I just made my first batch of Colloidal Silver with the machine I had received from you. It came out cloudy (kinda like dirty water) as a .09 and varied to a .1. Beings this my first attempt, is this acceptable? Please advise.

Hi Harold,
Yes, it is acceptable. Although the cloudiness is probably silver oxide, it sounds to me as if you have silver in your water, which of course is what you want.

In using these simple machines, it does take some tinkering to make a better ‘looking’ product. If you have a Hanna TDS1 Tester, check your distilled water to be sure it is 1 ppm or less. The water factor is the only real variable as long as the generator has an output of about 48 volts.

You may want to try wiping the silver electrodes off more often as the silver oxide collects on them. Also the product sometimes becomes less cloudy as it sits a while.

What is your age? Vertigo is not a disease itself (as I’m sure you already know); it is the symptom of some other problem and can be caused by a number of things. If you haven’t already, it is advisable to get yourself checked by a healthcare professional. The possibilities can range from very minor to very serious. Causes of vertigo can range from aging, inner ear problems/infections, ear wax build up, allergies, neurological issues, blood pressure, poor cardio-vascular circulation, oxygen deprivation, brain tumors, diabetes, anemia, general nutritional deficiencies, and even stress. As you can see, this can be a very complex issue to deal with and should not be taken lightly.

I am 47.  Oh I didn't underestimate this condition at all I was trying to research all angles of treatment.  I have already seen an neurologist who specializes in the ear and nervous system.  They thought first that it was dislodged crystals in inner ear and gave me a treatment to try to help but did not help and got worse.  So I have undergone balance and nerve testing to try to find out more   I found by researching that vertigo might be caused by a virus on the vestibular nerve in inner ear called vestibular neuritis mostly found to be caused from the herpes virus family associated with the mouth sores as that virus settles in the nervous system.  I am hoping that is all this is and I can get over this.  I have no hearing loss so hopefully this is not Menieres Disease.  I had already undergone an MRI and Cat Scan with the first occurance with good results.  I am doing much better after over three weeks now but not completely over this.  I was reading information on Natural News from Mike Adams when I found your site.  I don't like to take prescriptions unless emergency and always looking for nutritional changes that might help and was wondering about magnesium deficiency.  Vertigo is very scary and I am just trying to research all I can.  I just wondered if you have ever had anyone else contact you about this and if they found any supplement helpful.  I have also heard that coconut oil has been found to kill the virus.  I have some from Tropical Traditions and am trying that too.  I was trying to find the best overall mineral supplement.

If it is caused by a virus, silver may be one of the better options. You may not only want to take it orally, but also flush your ear with it, massaging near the juncture of the base of your ear and jaw. The Herpes cause is an interesting possibility in that the Herpes virus 'hibernates' in the jaw joint and travels the nerves to the lips when eruptions are triggered.

Coconut oil does have very good anti-viral properties, but I don't think anything rivals silver in that department. Tropical Traditions is a very good brand; that's what I use.

If you don't get relief soon, let me know and I'll give you the number of a Naturopathic doctor (MD) who was a ER surgeon for 30 years. He does health consulting for a living now, but is very good and has very reasonable consultation rates.

Thank you again for taking the time to try and help me with this.  I have ordered the product you suggested.  I was taking a mineral pill supplement from a business called woman to woman but know it cannot be any comparison to this product and I wasn't good at taking it daily either. I am still waiting on test results as I was suppose to get them today.  I worry that so many contaminants in the air and food supply now causes so many problems; chem trails, gm foods, etc.  I would be interested in getting the information about the doctor you are suggesting.  I am feeling better but just still can't get over this.
